About Podbrežje: new city homes for rent
The City of Zagreb is building a block of about 288 flats in Podbrežje, in Novi Zagreb, for social and affordable rent, fully financed from the city budget. Completion is planned for 2027, with further buildings planned in Sveta Klara and Borovje. Flats are let through public tenders published by the city.
