Art Pavilion
Art Nouveau gem

About Art Pavilion
The Art Pavilion has an unusual story: its iron frame was made for the Croatian pavilion at the Millennium Exhibition in Budapest in 1896, then brought to Zagreb, where the building opened in 1898. Its yellow facade and glass dome face King Tomislav Square and the railway station, and it hosts major art exhibitions.
Why it's on our list
- A striking Art Nouveau building
- Exhibitions of Croatian and international art
- On the Green Horseshoe
