About Museum of Broken Relationships
The Museum of Broken Relationships began in 2006 as a travelling exhibition by two Zagreb artists, Olinka Vištica and Dražen Grubišić, after their own break-up. Today it fills a baroque palace in the Upper Town with objects donated by people from all over the world, each with a short story about a relationship that ended. It won the Kenneth Hudson Award for the most innovative museum in Europe in 2011.
